Meet Monica

Dr. Monica McGrath is a seasoned professional coach and acclaimed author of "Learning From Business Leaders: A Coaching Memoir.” She began her academic journey in her mid-30s, balancing studies with raising two young children, and earned her Ph.D. within a decade. Launching her career close to 50, Dr. McGrath is passionate about helping professionals within an organization reposition themselves or relaunch. Her book serves as both a coaching guide and a toolkit, offering invaluable lessons and practical advice drawn from her extensive experience working with top executives.
