Dr McGrath has worked as an executive coach to senior leaders and their teams in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She has designed learning programs for senior executive teams and high-potential managers at companies such as Ortho McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Royal Dutch Shell, Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G), Siemens Medical Systems, Colgate Palmolive Co., FMC Corporation, TDL Group (Tim Horton’s), Unisys, Rohm and Haas, DuPont Company, High Liner Foods, Wyeth (currently Pfizer, Inc.), National Philanthropic Trust, Women’s World Banking and United Way of Pennsylvania.
