In her role as an adjunct professor of management at The Wharton School where she taught and developed courses in leadership, organizational behavior, teamwork, and negotiations.  Monica and served as Vice Dean of Wharton Executive Education’s Aresty Institute and in this role, she managed all aspects of the business and provided thought leadership in the design and delivery of a portfolio executive course work for thousands of global management teams and individuals.  Her work at Wharton included serving as academic director to design and deliver open enrollment programs including: “Women in Leadership”, “Executive Coaching”, “High Potential Leadership” and “Career Comeback: A Fellowship Program for Professional Women”.  Her work as academic director of custom designed programs includes:  Women’s World Banking Center for Microfinance Leadership Program, and two Goldman Sachs Foundation programs; the 10,000 Women Initiative and the 10,000 Small Business Initiative.
